the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and daily upkeep was well done.

Nothing too much trouble, I enjoyed this place, strongly recommend. The employees were very kind and good. The location of the hotel was particularly good and perfect, in the middle of the city. Moreover, it was not too far away from a cubical shrine.

We had room which had climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen television and was spacious. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, for example, a massive mosque was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The vibe here was quiet...

the room is extremely spacious and equipped with a safe, tv, tea and coffee making equipment.

The caring and respectful attitude of the staff made our stay comforting. Sudoor's really good service in the restaurant was a good highlight.

the personnel was really kind and amicable. the hotel was in an absolutely perfect position next to the holy mosque and al haram. besides, grand mosque was 2 km away from the venue.

My invoice was incorrectly charged, causing significant frustration. I had to follow up for days to get a refund for the overcharge, only to receive a partial amount back. The limited number of staff.

Great staff, comfy stay!

Staff were super friendly, they even brought us some extra teabags late at night without waking us. The breakfast had fresh pastries that were delicious. The only downside was the shower. It could've used a bit more maintenance, as it was tricky to slide the door. A solid experience!

The hotel, unfortunately, had disappointing aspects. The corridors had a musty smell, and the lobby was uninviting. Attempts to heat some food were met with a firm refusal, especially given its proximity to such a significant religious site. Communication was another challenge. Responses to queries were non-existent, leading to considerable frustration upon arrival. The artisan bread at breakfast was a good touch, and the short walk to the main attractions made it somewhat redeemable.

My previous visit didn't compare. The room service was attentive, bringing whatever we asked for without delay. Delicious variety at breakfast coupled with a convenient 10-minute walk to the haram.

Really good staff service stands out, especially during late-night requests for tea bags, where the team showed commendable thoughtfulness without disturbing us. The location, though a bit challenging for the elderly due to inclines, is manageable for those able to walk. A highlight was the delicious homemade cakes offered.

The staff was very respectful and attentive, especially when I requested to change my room to get a view of haram after a few days. It's just a short walk to jabal noor. The room was clean, and the cleaners on both levels were helpful and caring.

Friendly staff, excellent location, the hotel's cleanliness and fragrant rooms contributed greatly to making my stay enjoyable, especially with convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi, a tv, and easy access to transport with the airport being just 96 km away.
